Pros
I haven't been physically to the company but the people i interact with are very nice and helpful. Salary is always on time. In times of economic standstill in country, they see to it that their employees don't suffer from any loss of pay.
Cons
Nothing much.. But they would not inform you in case any of their HR leaves the company. Have to follow up for like dozen times for monthly salary slips.
