Pros

- Financially stable with strong backing, so job security feels solid. - Flexible remote setup, with good benefits and generous bonuses. - The majority of employees are warm, creative, and inclusive.

Cons

- The team structure is disorganized, with goals and responsibilities often unclear. This creates unnecessary competition and internal conflict. - Leadership at the top is erratic. The CEO tends to rely on instinct over sound judgment, shows favoritism, and sets a poor example—enabling certain individuals to behave arrogantly or unprofessionally without accountability. - There are too many managers with little to no training in actual people management. - Terminations sometimes happen without clear reasoning or communication from HR or team leads, leaving others confused and unsettled. - Core soft skills are lacking across the board, including communication, presentation, project management, constructive feedback, and handling async workflows.

Pros

Everyone I worked with was friendly and passionate about their jobs. It was easy to tell that each person cared about what they were working on, and it made it easy to be inspired and put in full effort.

Cons

I wouldn't have minded more feedback. I always want to make sure that I am providing my clients with exactly what they hired me for, even if it means receiving negative or critical feedback.
