Pros

Fantastic colleagues who are ready to share their knowledge and motivate you. We work together as a team to ensure that our customers get the best experience.

Cons

Salaries are far below industry average, regardless of experience or performance. Pay does not increase with added responsibilities or skill development. No real salary negotiations – compensation is fixed and non-negotiable. Requests for higher pay are dismissed, often with suggestions to consider leaving, if "you have such a high salary expectations". Training is unpaid and outside work hours, with no clear career advancement.

Pros

Remote-first environment with flexibility and significant ownership. The company operates in a growing market and offers opportunities to work across multiple areas of the business.

Cons

My experience was heavily impacted by leadership style, particularly at the CEO level of Windsor.ai who is part of Team Blue. Throughout both the hiring process and my time with the company, I frequently encountered interactions that I considered dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. Rather than focusing discussions on performance, business objectives, and employee success, conversations often centered around concerns regarding fraud, abuse, and a general lack of trust in employees and contractors. This created an environment where I felt distrusted rather than evaluated on my actual contributions. What was particularly concerning is that many of the same themes appear repeatedly in public candidate and employee reviews. After joining the company, I found those reviews to be largely consistent with my own experience. This leadership approach negatively impacts hiring, employee morale, retention, and the overall employer brand.
