      A lot of the work details are determined by the individual, in terms of approach, timeline, etc.

      Cons

      With the majority of the team composed of current undergraduate or graduate students from elite universities, there seems to be a lack of experience in management and system design.

      You can work remotely now

      The team is made up of nearly all undergraduate interns who seem to have little to no guidance/strong skills to build a product. The CEO doesn't seem to communicate clearly what she wants done, and little to nothing does get done in terms of startup growth. Doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. Unprofessional and lack of leadership.
