Honestly nothing was a pro

In my experience, the company had serious issues with communication, payroll, and accountability. Employees would call or message and often receive no response. Even when proper systems and procedures were followed, payment was still delayed or not provided. There were multiple occasions when I was not paid on time, and I was told it was not the company’s fault. I also felt that concerns were dismissed and undermined, and at times the treatment felt sexist. Most concerningly, I am still owed payment for over a month of work, and there has been little to no effort made to resolve the issue. On top of this, I was not provided with a T4, despite this being a required tax document for employees. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed payments, missing tax documents, and lack of accountability made this a very negative experience.
