      To be honest only pro is having a job!

      This company is inexperienced, shows favoritism towards employee’s that really don’t work but pretend to. It’s not any African American supervisor, oh I forgot besides the one who quit because he said they where racist. Redi group doesn’t care about core values !! Btw I quit too !!

      Pay .. at first. Experience Treat you like family

      Cons

      Pay at the end Worked every shift because nobody wants to show up. Supervisor asking you to do something just to be “surprised “ and double back make you look like you made unauthorized decisions.
