Pros

casual environment, learning opportunities, dogs

Cons

This company is opportunistic, which is not in itself a bad thing, however does not do anything unique to set itself apart and has a below average sense of integrity when it comes to living up to who they sell themselves as. They are the developer everyone rolls their eyes at. They claim to be paving the way in smart growth and building a greener Colorado, however their product is a less than attractive neighborhood addition that will doubtfully make it into the next century, like a quality home might. They've got some work to do on their own internal smart growth, best management practices and identity before attempting to take on more work than they can handle. Expect to be overworked, under appreciated and constantly stressed.

Pros

The owner of redT is a genuine individual that truly cares about his staff and the product(s) we deliver to our customers. He has built a team that is very strong in commitment, dedication, industry knowledge and experience. Hardest working and dedicated people I've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Cons

No much to say here!

Pros

I loved the culture. The owner of the company is very self deprecating and they did a fantastic job of making you feel unafraid to make mistakes! I loved how the C-suite was so great at owning both their successes and faults.

Cons

They had some long-term debt management strategies that couldn't be saved by a declining housing market. It created a stressful cash flow environment that was extremely stressful and made it difficult to do my job as well as I would have liked. We could never get to a point where we could achieve goals and I could receive career advancing mentorship, because we were always putting out fires. They also have an open office environment for non managers with zero cube walls and I felt like I was in a fish bowl and it greatly affected my concentration.
