Pros

I came to re:Members after working at a very large corporation, and the difference has honestly been refreshing. Here, my input actually matters. Ideas aren’t just heard, they’re discussed, challenged, and often acted on, which makes the work feel meaningful instead of transactional. I dont feel like a little fish in a big sea or another number. Compensation is very competitive and transparent, and expectations are clear. There’s a strong sense of trust across the team, and everyone I work with is genuinely warm, open, and willing to collaborate. People want to do good work and are constantly trying to get better, not just hit a number and move on. What’s stood out the most to me is the client base. These are compelling organizations with real problems to solve — not tire-kickers. Conversations are thoughtful, strategic, and focused on long-term impact, which makes selling feel aligned instead of draining.

Cons

They are in a growth phase so some things aren't structured or built out but everyone is collaborative on making best practices that work for everyone.

Pros

- The company culture is genuine; I feel that my management cares about and listens to my feedback. - The remote environment is, undoubtedly, the biggest perk. Upper leadership’s commitment to maintaining a WFH environment is great for morale and work-life balance. - I genuinely enjoy my coworkers and the way we work together.

Cons

- As others have said, the *only* way for financial growth is to receive a promotion. Otherwise, you’re looking at a 2-3% annual raise. - Since the company downsized in 2025, career growth is now difficult, as there are less roles available for people to grow into. This emphasizes the need for an overhaul of the raise structure, as the main way to increase your pay here is currently to get a promotion.
