Thank you for taking the time to write this review. My apologies for the delayed response. I appreciate the pros you called out – the work being interesting and working among others who are smart. The cons though, are concerning as they are not reflective of our intentions or how we’d like to be perceived. We recognize we are not perfect and we have taken new steps intended to make the employee experience better. We have a bright team of employees and we are committed to continuing our efforts to improve which includes annual reviews of compensation and benefit plans against benchmarks to ensure that we are competitive with the market, offering opportunities for bonuses, affording employees expended opportunities to further develop (e.g., expanded learning programs), and having additional resources in place for employees to contact should they have a concern or seek clarification. These are just a few of the programs/initiatives/options pureIntegration offers employees today. Thank you again for your feedback.
