Fun Job But Disorganized Company - Server/Waiter porta Employee Review

The managers and staff are very "clicky" The standards for service were very low and I frequently felt frustrated with my managers & teammates for not holding workers accountable. I used to feel for the guests when they received slow service because I did NOT disagree with them. The kitchen was understaffed and disorganized, so food would take a while or go out to the wrong tables.
