Pros

Some great colleagues on all teams

Cons

I’m laughing reading these reviews- it’s obvious management directed some higher-ups to add reviews to dilute the honest 1-star review below. Management has no respect for their employees. Multiple times during my tenure, they did a small RIF despite being financially secure. They are almost constantly laying off and firing, and it impacts morale. Goals are poorly defined. Across all teams (and especially on the Eng team), we’d work for weeks or months on a project only for it to be scrapped or torn apart by the same people that requested it. No 401k matching. Very big egos at the top.

Pros

I help customers make the most of award travel and loyalty points — it's interesting work if you care about travel and want to learn how these programs operate. This is a fast-paced startup environment where things get done. The team is talented and smart, but perhaps more importantly, people have your back. It's a fully remote job that comes with a great salary and generous PTO.

Cons

The focus is always on what's next, so there's rarely enough time to reflect on lessons learned from previous assignments.

Pros

I’ve got absolutely nothing good to say. You’re far better off staying away from this company altogether.

Cons

• Work life balance is a disaster because employees are constantly forced to take on responsibilities far beyond their job descriptions. • Salary is embarrassingly low and does not come close to reflecting the amount of work employees are expected to handle. • Managers are unbelievably toxic and show absolutely no respect to anyone around them. • Leadership is completely lost and has no clue what it is doing.
