      Pros

      Lots of company events. Nice people. A good office space. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Not much cons. They seemed to be facing some economic issues at the time. But it might have been more for the parent company and not the Waterloo office.

      Pros

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      Cons

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
