      Pros

      o9 is very flexible. after 1.5 years if you are interested in other roles you can switch in other role. handsome salary. really good colleague.

      Cons

      Because o9 is MNC many consultant would be working in different time zone and if you need to work with them you will be working in non working hours. some times you even need to work in weekends.
