      - unlimited holidays - awesome and passionate people - matched donations to charities - 1% of your time in a year you can spend volunteering and the company will pay for it. - Friday drinks - unlimited free snacks in the office - reimbursement for phone, health insurance, home internet, travel to work - Once a year, paid weekly team holiday. - quarterly parties in the city and dinners - many internal events - company is growing a lot every year

      - a bit startupy, which means sometimes chaotic, still figuring things around internally

      Pros

      Good branded clients and room for learning real world supply chain problems.

      Cons

      work life balance is zero. Calls from 7am and late night calls every single day till midnight irrespective of whichever country someone is based out of. . If health is someone’s priority it is better to look elsewhere. The flexible work hours are crap marketing to motivate employees but everyone knows nothing is flexible here. Career growth is damn slow and regional politics halts progress.
