Pros

They offer base pay which is $10-$12 an hour.

Cons

They make you buy your own headset, $50, and deduct from first paycheck. They advertise as $27 per hour but even if you make the max commission you will not make $27 an hour. The office is very dirty they only clean it when investors stop by. No background checks or drug testing of employees. Some very scary people work here.

Pros

NuHome Promotions has a lot of the same characteristics of a typical start up company. For example there are numerous changes made and at times if you're not adaptible enough you can feel drowned in responsibilities. However, NuHome is the definition of a family company. All of the leads and supervisors generally care about all employees and treat each other with a mutual respect. Whether you fail to meet a goal or need to be accommodated for a situational absense they will work with you to make sure that you are on the same level as their metrics. They firmly believe in the phrase you're only as strong as your weakest link. Even if things don't work out for you at the company they will give you an excellent referral to wherever you may be applying. The inbound Head Supervisor is a funny, motivational and understanding boss and makes the workplace enjoyable. I would recommend employment here to anyone. Also compensation is pretty nice as well ;)

Cons

Constant changes High standards Repetitive Rude Callers High call volume
