8yWe thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback with us. While our leadership has worked diligently to provide an open door policy and regular communication within our teams for greater transparency, we also realize that change is more difficult for some. And with change, comes resistance.
However, the new programs that have been put in place such as our progressive program model, SMART goals, channel partnerships and Keystone Partner Awards are all designed to proactively nurture and enrich the long-term relationships with all stakeholders – clients, employees, suppliers and partners.
We have no need to create fake reviews to promote the company or culture. In fact, if you look all around, you will find that by and large, our employees enjoy working together and share the same sense of purpose in building something great!
