I used to give this company and the owner the benefit of the doubt and defend them whenever former employees had something negative to say about them. Now I see why they would say such things. The work environment is incredibly toxic and fosters exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout. They encourage employees to come in when they are sick, fire people left and right within a week or two of hiring them, expect people to work themselves to exhaustion on a daily basis + weekends. Leaving before 8pm and taking lunch breaks is frowned upon. It's an environment controlled by instilling fear in its employees, but nearly everyone eventually realizes that this is not a work environment worth being a part of. Many of their employees are young people fresh out of college who are malleable, easily controlled, and don't know what a healthy work environment should be like. Ironically, this company constantly preaches about maintaining positive mental health. There were also benefits that were promised prior to accepting an offer that I never saw.
