Pros

- Opportunity to GROW as a professional. If you have skills you're looking to develop or you're looking for an avenue into the tech industry this is the perfect job for you. I have learned so much and credit years of my career development to this company. - Autonomy. If you can show that you're a professional individual willing to complete projects to a high standard in a timely fashion then you can take almost complete control of your projects. This has lead me to unmatched job satisfaction over my time at the company. - The People. We have a great team at netBlazr, and the business-casual atmsophere we encourage at the office really helps people to feel comfortable quickly. We have team lunches and company get togethers to help new people integrate. - The work itself. This industry is fascinating, and helping people to ditch their costly comcast bundles is a very rewarding experience! We make our customers happy and that's always fun to be a part of.

Cons

- Outages suck, they just do, and you need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and deal with them. Making the situation as understandable as possible to the customer can be very rewarding however.

Pros

Employees is the only good thing about this company. If it was not for them I would have left earlier. Other than that it is the WORST company to work for. They hire bunch immigrants to use them because they know they can milk them with no pay. Dysfunctional organization, with no hopes of going anywhere. Since I been here I seen physical fights with no disciplinary action, many unethical things occurring at work, constant yelling at each other in management meeting where everyone can hear.

Cons

You have a company that still calls themselves start-up after being in the business for 10 years. CEO who is delusional thinking he is CEO of GOOGLE. Company is barely making anything, Starry is kicking there butts and yet the CEO is delusional. You are over worked, no sense of direction, and having little Mini Him run the company to the ground Perry.
