work environment is good, good for beginners who has less tendency on salary and focused on learning goals

hardly increase salary or rarely if does, this is still very low! most frustrating thing is, during offer they speak a lot to motiavte you that after 3 months your salary could be increase this and that but alas this 3 months dont even come rather it goes year after year! I started with 15k and after 1 year It was increased to 21k whereas I was commited that I would see a signficant increase in my salary after 3 months. I gave my best as a full-time software developer but they didn't keep their promise! simply they lied to me!
