      Pros

      During Q1 of 2020, the leadership team and the people managers have shown a lot of resilience and focus on its people, especially with all of the impacts of the current environment. Overall, the company continues to put its people first in the way that they approach day-to-day business.

      Cons

      As a new company, there are lots of development opportunities, along with technology, but people are working on it.

      Pros

      I had a great onboarding experience - my manager was very prepared with a clear and useful onboarding plan. The people have been very welcoming and the company culture is great.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly, which presents natural challenges - but the overall experience has been very positive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, management included. Variety of products to work on.

      Cons

      In office requirement of 4 days per week is not ideal for a single dad. My work could easily be done from home, but if this is the largest con, that's not too bad.
