- Before covid, it had a work from home policy, so they are pretty much open to make sure feel comfortable
- Supportive CEO. He makes sure that your efforts don't go unnoticed
- They use AWS as their cloud provider, so there is a lot of room for learning
Cons
- Projects don't follow best code practices
- Lack of leadership from team lead
- Overall architecture of their systems is messy
- They barely follow agile principles
- There is nothing wrong with having legacy projects, but N49's projects don't follow any structure and you can easily get frustrated by just looking at how things were made
- Salary is a bit below industry standards for a Dev
- Very little support from other devs with higher seniority
