Very Tightly Run Company Continually Evolving and Growing - Anonymous employee moveBuddha Employee Review

The co-founders, VPs and other team members are great to work with. The company is remote-first, which is great for overall culture when you yourself are remote, rather than feeling too disconnected, even as a freelancer! The company is very data and tech-oriented, so they're always looking to push things and improve the business quarter over quarter. This makes for a high-performance atmosphere which is energizing. At the same time they allow independence and expect smart critical thinking from all team members.

None that I can think of - only con is that there aren't more companies and clients like them!

Ryan and Jason are flexible with students. Learned a good bit from both of them. moveBuddha is a cool idea and fun to work on, which is surprising considering it is the moving industry.

It's mostly remote work and then meeting up at a coffee shop or something to review. It would be nice to go to an office or something occasionally. I think they plan on getting one eventually.
