      Good place to learn and experiment. Work From Home benefits when there are no productions.

      Cons

      The parent company will prioritize cutting costs (no promotions, layoffs, etc.) Extremely hard to receive a good promotion. No investment in technology/systems. Amateur leadership, startup-minded (no processes) No investment in employees, reducing costs is the priority. High turnover.
