      Pros

      lots of great individuals and small teams great technology super lax it feels like a family when things are good

      Cons

      super lax -- including things that would be considered sexual harassment anywhere else some of the management liked to take all credit for big successes-- some had no experience managing it was super obvious and frustrating the problem with families, is they take you for granted and attack your personal life, and they had no problem doing that

      Pros

      metaio is not another AR startup. The company has deep industrial roots with work the founders have done for Volkswagen. The employees are young but a pleasure to work with. All of them are passionate about the technology and the future of AR.

      Cons

      Not much emphasis on career development of its employees.
