Pros
The sole advantage of working at this company is the flexible arrival time; employees can arrive as late as 10 or 10:30 AM, despite the official reporting window being between 8 and 9 AM. Additionally, the lunch breaks are extremely lenient, with people often going home for about 2 to 2.5 hours. As a result, during an 8-hour workday, actual working hours tend to be only about 4 to 5 hours. This results in a significant amount of work-life balance, as there is often little to no work for most of the week.
Cons
Avoid joining this company. It's extremely disorganized and lacks a clear direction for product development. During my two-year tenure, we initiated several projects, but none reached completion due to frequent changes in direction by the CEO, who seemed to shift focus continually without ever aiming to launch a product. This created a loop where the primary goal appeared to be securing investor funding without any real intent to penetrate the market. The upper management seemed out of touch with the operational needs, and the CEO often interfered with ongoing projects, preventing any from finishing. Furthermore, there is a team in China that may duplicate your efforts, often at the last moment, which can be very demotivating. The CEO also tends to focus on expanding the number of businesses on paper rather than concentrating on developing a single entity.
