      1. CEO is awesome 2. Work life balance 3. Good people working there in general

      1. Low salary - A lot of programers and senior staff members are leaving due to it 2. They're unwilling to offer top dollar to get the best candidates. They'd rather recruit inexperienced people which slows down the work of others as well as the general progression of some business lines within the company.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, good pay and insurance. The remote aspect is nice with no micromanagement. Work is easy and training is thorough.

      Cons

      No real upward movement, only false promises of growth. Constant layoffs, they will tell you to your face that your job is secure and there is nothing to worry about out, until they decide otherwise and lay you off.
