mIQroTech Response
7yHey there!
You are right! Our technology is pretty sweet! It is also always adapting, so there is a lot of growth trajectory for mIQroTech. We are also very passionate about the employees that we hire and they are great folks. However, I believe you are mistaken. We had an employee presence in State College, but never had an office. We have offices in Tampa, Houston, and now a small presence in San Fransisco. All are very nice offices! Additionally, we never set up an option pool for employees, however we are setting equity options up in the coming months (eta beginning of Q2 2019). We also offer potential for large amount of time off especially for personal reasons. Finally, we do have an incredible HR service that runs our payroll, handles our benefits, offers the ability to provide reviews of leadership, and complaints. With that being said, I am confused as to why you would say that there was no HR available as well as the other abnormalities about office locations and the like.
To address your concerns about the CEO, yikes! He has had several years of executive-level experience at multiple firms, all of which are now strong supporters of the mIQroTech platform, one of which is even an investor. Not only has he won multiple awards for his leadership, he was even admitted into the "League of Extraordinary CEOs" where our employees nominated him (linked below). Personally, the quote that sticks out the most from this interview is, "A Chief Executive Officer holds dozens of roles but, by far, the most important is the role of leader. Morale, talent acquisition, and product all revolve around the CEO's ability to lead and the ability to love their employees".
I am sorry that you have these thoughts, but it does seem like there are some misunderstandings in your post. Hopefully we can clear some of this information up!
