9yAs a current employee, I am disappointed to read your review and am sorry to hear you are not currently enjoying your position at mHelpDesk. We have a very competitive compensation structure that rewards you when you hit your quota. That's the nature of sales.
As you are aware, we recently increased the base salary on sales and transitioned the commission structure to put more money in your pocket. We continue to work hard to create opportunities for all our employees. Many employees have been promoted or have transitioned into new and exciting roles within a short amount of time.
I appreciate your opinion regarding the culture. What I would like you to know is that every employee has the opportunity to influence the culture at mHelpDesk because we are a fast growing company.
