Cons
You have to be willing to not be who you are. You have to try and be just like everyone you work with and if you are not, you get picked on and bullied. I have caught my former management saying things that were not at all appropriate about me, personally. When I discussed with management the situation I was written up for "over hearing." Mind you, the walls are PAPER THIN. The leader in question was not reprimanded at all. You cannot say anything negative about the company or question its policies. In fact, you cannot say anything remotely deemed as negative. Certain people get away with certain things that others do not and it's very disheartening. For a company that claims to be about "peace and love" the way my store ran was cult-like and very much so like high school. I would hear management say AWFUL things about employees all on company time and consider it a "development discussion" when it was just gossiping. People I have known are trained to not say anything bad about the company out of fear of their jobs. The people I worked with were not welcoming. They were bullies. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. Hypocritical at best.
