Pros

MSP is 100% paid for Heavy discount on the company's products

Cons

Lululemon is a company that is growing very fast but does not know how to handle the growth. There is very little leadership in the management team of Lululemon head office. Many managers focus more on proving themselves to their bosses than leading their teams. The company has become quite corporate. Some managers set themselves apart from employees because they have the manager title. Experts hired to do technical jobs aren’t respected for their expertise but are told how to do their job by managers who don’t have the required technical knowledge or skills. Culture has become “saying the cultural keywords” in conversations rather than actually living it. Sustainability is not being valued in many practices, from basic office materials and supplies through to product development and production. Departments work in silos and do not understand how one part can deeply impact the other parts, which has constant negative impact on workflow. The company cannot come up with a process to manage the workflow, but the management team is really slow in acknowledging and responding to that. Some senior managers have no clue how hard employees have to work to make things happen and keep product delivery on time. There is very little integrity in the management team in terms of keeping their word, working within the timeline, and acting as leaders that represent the company’s culture. However, the company fails to recognize the problem in the management team and is constantly losing skilled employees.

Pros

The benefits with the sweaty Pursuits is good and the insurance is good too! You get a team that you get to put together and get to know them and see what works for you guys to be successful in a processing shift!

Cons

The nights are long and very overworked. They ask a lot from you and usually they put the business before you. It’s always we need this and that from the managers but not actually taking time to help or to actually see that we are trying our best and if they actually worked a shift with us and saw the struggles they would understand more. They think it’s easy, when the weight of the store depends on us. You are also qualified as a Guest Experience lead since you have to do both trainings so the management do over utilise that and you will be doing two jobs. Even though it says in the description to support the floor but there’s a difference between supporting from time to time and doing it all the time where you are running the floor and the back at the same time but they’ll say “oh why isn’t this done?” Maybe because you’ve told me to help you out ? The are also very selective about who moves up to be a manager. No work life balance at all!
