As an Electrical engineer I can't predict my growth in a civil company. Repeated monotonous work sometimes. You need to be self motivated to stay there Stringent office timings and breaks They will deduct leave for late comers Work load is varying for many days you will feel bored only applies to Electrical and instrumentation engineer
