Average workplace - Technical Support Consultant katalyst partners Employee Review

I have worked in this company for more than 2 years. I had to leave because of personal reasons. But I have not faced any discrimination and such issues as some reviews have been trying to imply. I am shocked why some people can put such negative reviews without even reaching out to HR. Clear sign of immaturity. Conflicts are a part of life, and how you deal with it defines your character. It certainly doesn't really suit to malign the same organization that has put food on your table. And better than anybody else. Work and get paid. It's really that simple. Things were made clear to you right from the start, then why whine about things? There are people who call this their home, and people all across India are working here. Stick around, and you will definitely be rewarded. And people who judge a company reading online reviews, they too act like immaturish. Even the best of the companies have issues, and I don't think there is anything which is unbearable. Some people just make mountain out of mole. It's okay, to each his own.

Giving repeated chances to the same person who goes on to malign the company. Some people don't change, no matter how well placed they are.

Forces you to update your CV and look for other jobs. So at least your CV is updated. Also makes you think twice before joining a company with no ethics.

Office furniture is pathetic half the time the chairs are stolen here and there and you have to go look for you chair but anyways you will not find it but if you do some guy will be sitting on it. You are not allowed to take mobile phones inside the office but this rule is only for some people and not others so you know this is clear partiality. Computers inside the office have slower clocks so you are scammed into working longer and missing your bus or train which is so unfair for people coming from far off places. Company hires you on contract but expects you to work like an employee haha so cool. People who are saying good salary are right but this is only the paper salary not the real salary. Positive reviews are by people who are forced to rate this company after joining. HR does not tell you that this is a contractual position which is also bad. They have a component called performance bonus but don't worry you will not get that. People in the company are ok but the management doesn't care. No perks, no benefits, nothing. Only a monthly salary that too you will have maybe 3-4 deductions and take home will be very less. About the learning part, you will learn new things in any job so that is not a pro.
