- The people. I think iTrinity has done a great job in the recruitment department. All my colleagues are very helpful, positive, and efficient. They have gathered a great collective of people - and I don't say that lightly. - Work from home. I am much more efficient when working from my home office. So this is a big plus! - Salary. The pay is above average. - Communication. Everything within the company is clear and structured. The internal/external processes are well-documented, managers are honest and transparent, and HR responds within a minute. I definitely made the right decision to leave the big tech corporations and join iTrinity.

I've only worked here for a few months, but I've yet to see anything negative. I haven't had a single moment where I thought, "That should be changed or improved." So far, I don't have a single complaint.
