Cons
The ONE method. I was made promises notnkept, either overbearingly micromanaged or abandoned. I was promised a car loan upon completion of a 90 day probationary period so zi could join the team on site and get to real work, but my boss could have driven 5 minutes out of his way to get me at the bus stop. Instead of praises for what I did well, instead I found myself being verbally abused and sexually harassed by my boss and his assistant. Salary was half what my fellow classmates earned and I graduated top of the class with perfect attendance. I could go on. It seemed as if the engineers and builders of the MFL detection tool set up to inspect coiled tubing were far more satisfied with their jobs.
