      Pros

      Team has a great collaborative culture - really works well together. Though we have several departments you never feel separated from each other or competitive. All of us chip in on projects, share experiences, etc. Also love the off time team activities, which really let's everyone get to know one another in a non-work environment way.

      Cons

      At times a bit quiet - but this is mostly due to such concentrated focus on client's work. Would love to see a little more downtime after work more often so we can unwind together after grueling days.
