Pros
1. They take care of their employees very well; 2. They pay a competitive salary. Usually higher than most market standards; 3. The executives are visionaries who are firm on their values; 4. They are pushing for regionalization or localization of business management; 5. Great work/life balance (i.e. they give full respect to your rest days, weekends, and holidays)
Cons
1. A centralized operation for most departments, which means slower processing and turn-around time; 2. Job security is unclear or not guaranteed (i.e. contract-based with unbinding clauses)
