Thank you for your feedback as we always endeavour to make the company and office culture a place where staff can interact openly and engage actively with respect and dignity with one another at work as well as their personal life. We are indeed surprised that you have had a "traumatic" experience before your departure with us - do feel free to reach out to our HR department so that we can make the necessary improvements to our culture and environment and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

The fact that nothing worth to mention.

Cons

• Poor management that focuses only on tiny mistakes while ignoring overall contributions. • No recognition for productivity, even minor errors are treated as if they were catastrophic failures. • Employee ideas and feedback are not valued, the only expectation is to follow orders. • No work-life balance • Unrealistic, ever-changing targets that create unnecessary pressure. • Vague and unclear job descriptions, leading to confusion and misplaced responsibilities. • Company rules and policies change without any notice or proper communication. • High employee turnover, yet management never questions why people don’t stay. • Bossy culture with no real leadership or accountability. • Unstable schedules, sometimes no work is provided for weeks or even months, and employees go unpaid until called again. • Unfair treatment • Soft on those above, harsh on those below” — management avoids accountability upward but is overly strict and unfair toward staff. • Constructive feedback and challenges are ignored. • Manipulative culture, management avoids admitting mistakes and instead shifts blame to employees. • Compensation and benefits are not aligned with workload, stress, or expectations. • Toxic work environment with low morale and poor communication. • Office politics overshadow performance and merit. • No appreciation, motivation, or recognition, employees often feel undervalued and disposable.
