Pros
+ I'm a contractor but have found the immersive. approach to be really inclusive, looking to create something a bit different in the market.
+ Good client mix, some big organisations as well as some interesting scale-ups.
+ Martin the CEO is interesting, keen to do something better than the competition he brings something different every day.
+ Treated like a 'grown up'
Cons
- They are small still and that means some processes have gaps but they are trying to correct these
- Remote only might not work for everyone.
