Fun environment, hybrid job role and I did not encounter micromanagement.

Lack of structure, poor leadership.

The product is genuinely interesting, I loved working on them.

Must be the most toxic work atmosphere I have ever experienced. A CEO with no manufacturing experience smiles at you and then attacks you for something irrelevant, a smiling assassin. A founder who wastes money like mental. I cannot believe this business will survive. 6 members of staff have left in 2022 already. Large investment bail out was required in 2021 because of mis management and it was going the exact same way when i left. All the postive reviews of imageholders are produced by fake accounts. If you get an interview run a mile.
