Small hotel and a good stepping stone to hone your hotel sales negotiations skills and training are really good. Good company benefits as an accorhotels staff. Good boss and colleagues.
Cons
Salary is lower than the normal market rate for a sales executive might as well move to another company with a higher salary and better and dynamic environment, where you can learn and expose yourself to more learning and development opportunities.
