Pros
- CEO strives for excellence in everything, which in return manifests in workers (whether they’re a court monitor, party host, check-in attendant, or events assistant) - the HR lady is fantastic. - Corporate actually really, really cares for everyone below them. - COO is often on his feet making sure everybody okay. - Park Manager is great, he checks up in everybody - the other lady manager is fantastic - Great benefits, awesome retirement plans, fantastic looking 401k when retired lol.
Cons
Disclaimer: not really a con. - due to the CEO’s nature of striving for excellence, it is often mistaken for striving “perfection”. If employees take more time to understand where the owner is coming from, then they will see why the owner is like that. Nobody wants a half-butt work, no one likes mediocrity and nobody likes getting a hot-dog sandwich when you expected and paid for a Big Mac, jus sayin’.
