We welcome all feedback but would like to correct some misinformation in your review.We believe your definition of micromanagement may be skewed. iTechtions' culture has always had an open-mindfulness to employees%E2%80%99 needs and work-life balance. However, even flexibility has an end when an employee is consistently working half days, or not coming into the office at all without an update to their team of their whereabouts. The work culture at iTechtions is the complete opposite of micromanagement.For security purposes, security cameras are stationed in the common areas of the office %E2%80%93 with all employees' knowledge. They are there due to the insurance company requirements. However there are no cameras stationed in any employee's personal office.
