1yI am truly sorry your experience at iSupport was not all that you needed or wanted it to be. I welcome direct feedback in all circumstances to determine where things might be disconnecting so we can repair them. Although I was unable to help in your particular situation, rest assured, we have developed many strategies to ensure the support departments are 100 percent behind all of our associates. Regardless, all feedback is important, and I will take from your thoughts a need for a closer eye to be placed on all of our processes to ensure we do not have any associates feeling the way you do.
