      Pros

      If in engineering people you will work with are amazing and the projects you will work on will be super cool.

      Cons

      Upper management keeps driving us off a cliff. No direction on where the company is going. Forced to work on projects they soon after put a deprecation date on. Upper management uses tests as a check box expecting them to be complete in a day without coming up with plan in case of failure.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
