Pros
At corporate level, management really cares about the well being of their employees. By and large, the best co-workers I've ever had.
Cons
Some middle managers have their own agendas that don't really mesh with the good of the whole. Some middle managers don't want the real answer, they prefer the preconceived one inside their heads. Promote excessive 'feel good' approach to not hurting anybody's feelings until its too late.
