Pros
I would say a paycheck.. But really, I don't need a job this bad.
Cons
Training Perspective- Constant computer issues. We have "training" for about 4 hours out of a 7.5 shift. Trainers have little control over their class. Most trainees have worked at multiple call-centers and it shows! I would guess most were let go. Immature people who talk about others. It is really hell to work there. ~I resigned~
