1) low pay 2) too many hoops not to bonus 3) health benefit is expensive with high deductibles 4) Most supervisors do not know how to coach or mentor to bring a team together. Supervisors know how to find fault and put them in writing without even speaking or coaching first. Micro Managing Stars 5) Operation Managers do not follow up or follow through. It is all about stats - agents are just numbers. Nothing more, nothing less.
