Everyone is friendly and willing to help or answer any questions.

Cons

Turn over rate is extremely high here. Management will constantly tell you that there is room for growth but there really isn’t. Over worked and severely underpaid. You only accrue 1 PTO day a month which is also your sick time. Management will say one thing and then do another, it’s basically impossible to do anything correctly without getting “feedback”. If you ask 3 different people for help you will get three different answers. Managers will disrespect you in front of others in person or in work chats and nothing is done to rectify the situation.
