Pros
At iP2C everyone has the same vision and is dedicated towards the mission. There is autonomy to take challenges and my supervisors allow me to innovate and appreciate it. There is ample degree of control and freedom, which allows me to have work life balance.
Cons
Too much travel and strict deadlines to finish many projects before time and less than the allocated budgets.
