Pros
Fun and casual environment. Good work/life balance as hours were typically 9 to 5:30 PM but I know some departments stayed later. Having access to movies and shows before they come out is pretty cool.
Cons
Horrible starting salary. Most of the work is the same day in and day out so it gets pretty boring. I felt as if no one was really motivated and everybody was just waiting for the day to be over.
